JohnLEEWife, Kath and daughter, Jane of the late Mr. John Lee (formerly of Werrington) wish to express their sincere and heartfelt thanks and gratitude to all who attended his funeral service at St. Gregory's R.C. Church, Longton on Friday 14th November. Your presence and support were of great comfort.

A thank you must also go to all of those who kindly left a donation in John's memory to the U.H.N.M. Charities (North Staffs Heart Committee) at the Royal Stoke University Hospital.

A special thanks must go to Dan at Williamson Brothers for the understanding and arranging everything for John's funeral, to Fr. David Newell for leading the service, thanks also to the organist Mr. Paul Barlow for his accompaniment at church, to Heavenly Blooms Florist, Sneyd Green for the beautiful floral tributes, to the staff at Milton Bowling Club and caterer, Cater 4 for refreshments after John's service and a special mention to the staff and carers at The Old Vicarage Nursing Home, Goldenhill Hill for all of their help in looking after both John and Kath in recent years and for supporting Kath on the day of the service.

A very special thanks to Sue, Mike, Lyndsay, Robert and Charlotte for all the help with the readings, music, transport and everything that they have done for both Kath and Jane.

Kath would like to say that she could not have done any of this or coped on the day without her special daughter Jane, who has been by her side every step of the way.
